Refunds

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To submit a return or refund request for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described, customers are required to provide a continuous unboxing video.

The video must clearly show:

• The package in its unopened condition, and
  
• The entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits, until the item’s condition is clearly visible.
  

Return or refund requests submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be processed.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and the unboxing video for verification.

Customs & Duties
