Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping

- We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for size issues or defective items, subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
To submit a return or refund request for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described, customers are required to provide a continuous unboxing video.
The video must clearly show:
- The package in its unopened condition, and
- The entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits, until the item’s condition is clearly visible.
Return or refund requests submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be processed.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos and the unboxing video for verification.
Customs & Duties
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
- Refusal to pay customs fees is considered an abandoned shipment and is not eligible for a refund.
